This is a pet friendly park, however, there is a maximum 2 pets per unit and no dogs over 22 KG or 50 Lbs are allowed.

World Famous Calgary Stampede

The Calgary Stampede is the city’s biggest event of the year and with that, Mountain View campground is at their busiest during this ten day major event.  In speaking with the owners, they have folks booking up to 3 years in advance to confirm a campsite during this time.

So if your travel plans include the Stampede and you are traveling in a recreational vehicle, then I highly recommend you call well in advance for reservations!

A great feature is the handy shuttle service from the campground to the fairgrounds during the 10 days the Stampede is running. So there’s no need to worry about driving or parking during that time!
