The present population of Canada is just over 34 million people from coast to coast. The longest distance from the East coast to the West coast is approximately 3426 miles or 5,514 kilometers.
Canada is enormous, covering over 3,854,085 square miles, which makes it the second largest country in the world by total area.
This beautiful country stretches out from the Pacific Ocean on the west coast at Vancouver Island to the Atlantic Ocean on the east coast from Newfoundland. Canada stretches south all the way to the 41st parallel and up north to the Arctic Circle.
